- Please keep your proof of purchase for replacement. We only recognize the bank number of the company that issued the invoice, and the dealers we cooperate with, please do not buy from unknown sources. The product needs to be sent back to our company for processing, and the return freight will be absorbed by each.
Will it be difficult to disassemble and assemble?
Since PURE is made of a single material PC and is a hard case, installation is easy, but removal requires some skills. It is recommended that you apply a balanced force from the lens to push out the phone case.
Is there any anti-bracket on the surface?
The surface of PURE has been UV hardened, and the surface hardness is only 1H, which means it is not scratch-resistant. This is the disadvantage of the fully transparent shell. When using it, you need to pay attention to the possibility of scratching it with a hard object.
Can I use a lanyard spacer? And a cell phone lanyard?
PURE supports universal lanyard spacers, and there are two holes reserved for mobile phone lanyards at the bottom.
Can I wipe it with alcohol?
PURE's UV coating does not recommend the use of alcohol to avoid leaving traces on the appearance. It is recommended to wipe it with clean water.
Will the keys make a sound?
100% yes. Because they are all made of plastic, the independent and replaceable button design requires clearance for installation and operation. Shake the phone and there will be a slight contact sound of the buttons. This is a normal phenomenon that cannot be avoided at present. The advantage is that even the buttons will not turn yellow.
