Strict standards control the manufacturing process and raw material supply. Special materials and design structures are patented. Cooperate with the third-party SGS global laboratory to conduct relevant experimental quality verification. The warranty and after-sales service provided by our company do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper operation, abuse and natural signs of use.
One-year quality guarantee One Warranty Policy
The protective case is an electronic protection consumable. In the event of an accidental drop, the protective accessory will protect your electronic product. When the protective accessory is subjected to external impact, the external force will cause appearance loss according to the degree; such as damage, breakage , scratches, staining, etc. are all losses caused by natural use and are not covered by the after-sales warranty. Due to different material properties and daily use, discoloration or variation in surface appearance may occur, such as silicone products, leather products, etc. The basis of the one-year quality guarantee is that when the user uses it in a normal environment, the product has no trauma, but it cannot work normally, loses the normal function of protecting the mobile phone, loses the normal function of operating buttons, and loses the normal use of magnetic suction function. Only one replacement warranty within one year (Taiwan region only - EVO/EÜV standard model). EVO/EÜV series products use transparent TPU as the main covering material. The main reason is that TPU has good ductility, is easy to disassemble and assemble without causing scratches on the phone, and can provide good anti-fall protection. The material is a natural change process due to normal aging, and the protective functionality will not be lost. The R&D team continues to evolve TPU's ability to suppress yellowing for each generation, so that TPU materials can effectively delay yellowing.

Warranty replacement process for yellowing
- Contact the bottom right of the website for assistance and apply for the yellowing warranty form. (Just provide the "order number" when purchasing from the official website)
- Prepare proof of purchase invoice and upload it after completing the form to complete the procedure.
- You need to send back the original packaging and protective case yourself.
- Replacement items will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after receipt.
# Please note that if the source of your purchase cannot provide (proof of invoice), our company will refuse to accept it. Please purchase it from a legal authorized dealer to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
Yellowing Judgment Criteria
- The TPU material has a uniform light yellow color.
- If there is no obvious discoloration on the upper and lower sides of the TPU, the main areas of discoloration are the left and right sides. This phenomenon is due to the failure to clean the case and the drying of hand sweat, which causes the color to turn yellow.
- The normal yellowing of TPU material is light yellow. If it is black, red, blue, or brown, it is usually caused by dyeing of clothing.
Precautions
- This service is strictly prohibited from resale and is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to others for use.
- When the processing is completed, the original packaging and products sent back will be recycled and properly recycled or used experimentally. The replaced good products will be sent back in simple packaging.
