UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

1. Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
   
2. Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.

The 7-day appreciation period only applies to purchases made online through the UNIU official website. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, and show no signs of significant use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.

1. Do not remove the magnet protective mold. This is to protect the magnet from rust. Do not let the magnet area come into contact with water or liquid. If water enters, please wipe the magnet area dry.
2. You must leave about a finger of space when wearing it. If it is too tight, it may cause the risk of breaking the chain.
3. This strap is for daily wear, please do not wear it for high-intensity sports or work.
4. Whenever you replace the watch section, be sure to check that the buckle points are fastened in place. Please pull and swing slightly to confirm that it will not loosen before use.
5. When using the magnetic clasp, make sure it is fully inserted into the card slot and securely secured before use.
6. If you find that the magnet falls off the magnetic watch clasp, please do not continue to use it.
7. The strap will be arched when it is laid flat on the table. Do not press it down as it may damage the connector structure.
8. The watch strap is composed of watch segments. When worn, the watch chain will bend and the side corners will be sharp. Please do not overlap your hands when wearing it to avoid injury.

Q1: My parts are broken, can I buy them individually?
When replacing a watch band link, it is recommended to properly store the remaining parts to prevent loss. We suggest placing them back into the original EVA box packaging for safekeeping. If lost or damaged, you can purchase them here.

Q2: Will the surface get scratched?
The watch strap has undergone special scratch-resistant and hardening treatment. It is inevitable for daily use to show signs of wear. Please avoid contact with metal objects.

Q3: Will it pull my arm hair?
Yes. Watch straps are made of interconnected links with gaps that allow movement. If you have a lot of dense arm hair, it's inevitable that it might get pulled. We recommend trimming your arm hair to avoid this.

Q4: How to maintain and care for it?
For cleaning, we recommend using alcohol with cotton swabs. It's important to note that if the upper and lower magnets of the clasp come into contact with water, wipe them dry as soon as possible to prevent rust. The magnets themselves have been treated for rust prevention and salt spray testing, but daily use still requires attention.

Q5: Is there a possibility of the strap coming undone?
1. Each time you install or remove a watch link, please ensure it is properly seated. If the switch does not correctly engage the clasp point, the link may become loose. Please check thoroughly. You can refer to the video above for detailed information.
2. We do not recommend wearing it too tightly! Please leave at least half a finger to one finger's worth of space. Wearing it too tightly can cause the mechanism to stretch and increase the risk of the strap coming undone.

Q6: Is the connector tighter?
If the connector feels too tight when inserting it into the watch during installation or removal, please "switch sides" when inserting the connector. The same principle applies when removing it. After some use, the connector will become smoother to use.
