- Before use, please install the MagSafe, Apple Watch, or USB-C charging cable according to the cable specifications.
- When installing the cable, please ensure it is securely fixed in the slot to prevent loosening due to pulling.
- Before magnetic charging, please ensure your phone case supports MagSafe and align your phone with the magnetic charging area.
- Before use, please ensure the magnetic surface is free of dust, iron filings, or metal foreign objects.
- When adjusting the angle, please operate along the direction of the rotating shaft to avoid forcing it in the opposite direction or applying excessive pressure.
- When cleaning, please unplug the charging cable first, then wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using alcohol or strong cleaning agents.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
The 7-day appreciation period only applies to purchases made online through the UNIU official website. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, and show no signs of significant use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.

Q1: Is my Apple Watch supported?
The Z2 Multifunctional Magnetic Stand supports all Apple Watches, but it must be used with an original Apple charging cable.
Q2: Does iPhone wireless charging require additional installation?
Yes. The Z2 Multifunctional Magnetic Stand does not provide power; it needs to be used with an original MagSafe charging cable or modified with an aftermarket charging cable. DIY with the included magnetic ring.
Q3: Does the phone charging cable have to be original?
It doesn't have to be original, but you can also use UNIU's charging cable: MagFlex™ Magnetic Retractable Charging Cable.
Q4: How strong is the magnetic force? Will it fall?
The Z2 Multifunctional Magnetic Stand uses a magnetic force of up to 2000gs, which is twice the Apple standard. The magnetic effect is absolutely satisfactory. We recommend pairing it with our MagSafe phone case for a more perfect experience.
