- If the strap gets dirty, it can be gently cleaned with mild detergent. Please avoid prolonged soaking of the metal parts.
- Please avoid prolonged contact with bleach, strong detergents, or chemical solvents.
- The patch is a consumable item. If it shows signs of wear, deformation, or cracks after prolonged use, replacement is recommended.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
The 7-day appreciation period only applies to purchases made online through the UNIU official website. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, and show no signs of significant use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.

Q1: Can the lanyard be used with my phone case?
Yes, it can be used with any phone case that covers the bottom half. The pad's hook extends through the charging port, allowing your phone case to be compatible with shoulder or neck carrying.
Q2: Is the strap length adjustable?
Yes, the length can be adjusted 'freely'.
Q3: Can the strap be washed?
If the strap gets dirty, you can soak it in a gentle detergent for cleaning, but try to avoid soaking the metal hardware. Cleaning agents may affect the hardware.
Q4: What is the thickness of the pad? Will it affect my phone case?
Is the pad soft or hard? Will it damage my phone?
Through our testing, it can withstand up to 10kg. A phone with a case typically weighs under 300g, so it's not likely to break during normal use. However, prolonged use may lead to gradual wear and tear, so we recommend replacing it as it is a consumable item.
Q5: The pad thickness is 5mm ± 0.5mm. It is normal for there to be a slight bulge at the bottom after inserting it into the phone case. This will not happen if you use our specially designed phone cases, such as the iPhone 14 series or 15 series.
