- When using the magnetic feature, please ensure the attached surface is free of dust, iron filings, or sharp foreign objects.
- IPX5 is for splash-proof use in daily life; it is not recommended to immerse, rinse, or expose to large amounts of water for extended periods.
- If dust or dirt accumulates on the surface, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth.
- Before charging, please ensure the USB-C port is dry to avoid charging in a wet state.
- Please avoid dropping, heavy pressure, disassembly, or prolonged placement in hot and humid environments.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.

The RGB is for ambient lighting, offering three modes: colorful, cool white, and off. It does not pulse with music, making it suitable for long-term use and night-time settings.
Q2: Can I use it while charging?
You can play music while charging via Type-C, but we recommend using a qualified charger and the original cable to ensure stable power supply.
Q3: How do I connect two TWS speakers?
After turning on both speakers, follow the instructions to pair them, and they will enter stereo mode. It is recommended to keep them within 8–15 meters of each other for a stable connection.
Q4: Can I use it to answer calls?
Yes. LUMO has a built-in microphone that supports hands-free calling, and you can also activate Siri or Google voice assistant.
Q5: Does IPX5 waterproof mean it can be submerged in water?
IPX5 is a splash-proof rating for daily use, meaning it can withstand everyday splashes and sprays. Submerging it or prolonged contact with large amounts of water is not recommended.
