- Please avoid using high-concentration alcohol, bleach, or chemical solvents for cleaning, and do not leave the case in high-temperature or sun-exposed areas for long periods.

Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:

- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
