Q1: Can the lanyard be used with my phone case?
Yes, it can be used with any phone case that covers the bottom half. The pad's hook extends through the charging port, allowing your phone case to be compatible with shoulder or neck carrying.

Q3: Can the strap be washed?
If the strap gets dirty, you can soak it in a gentle detergent for cleaning, but try to avoid soaking the metal hardware. Cleaning agents may affect the hardware.

Through our testing, it can withstand up to 10kg. A phone with a case typically weighs under 300g, so it's not likely to break during normal use. However, prolonged use may lead to gradual wear and tear, so we recommend replacing it as it is a consumable item.

Q5: The pad thickness is 5mm ± 0.5mm. It is normal for there to be a slight bulge at the bottom after inserting it into the phone case. This will not happen if you use our specially designed phone cases, such as the iPhone 14 series or 15 series.
