Usage and Care
- After use, the magnetic structure of the cable allows for easy coiling, preventing tangles or damage from arbitrary pulling.
- Avoid exposing the charging connector to water. The cable itself can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
- Do not excessively bend, press, or pull the cable or connector.
- Avoid allowing small metal shavings, metal dust, or sharp foreign objects to attach to the magnetic cable body.
- It is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- After cleaning, ensure the cable and connectors are dry before storing or using.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
The 7-day appreciation period only applies to purchases made online through the UNIU official website. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, and show no signs of significant use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.

Q1: How should I choose the length?
1 meter is the length of the cable included with Apple phones. If you feel this length is suitable, you can choose it. 1.5 meters is more suitable for office use with a computer.
Q2: Can the cable be washed?
Please do not get the product connectors wet. You can clean the cable body with a damp cloth.
Q3: Will the cable's magnetic force weaken?
The cable's magnetic force is made with permanent magnets and will not weaken.
Q4: Can it be used with high-wattage laptops?
Yes. 60W of power can basically meet the high-speed charging needs of laptops, and it will not lose power while charging and using simultaneously.
