- Please avoid prolonged friction with keys, coins, or sharp objects to reduce scratches.
- It is normal for transparent materials to develop minor scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear during daily use.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, dropping, pulling, or squeezing
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning
