Q1: Can it be disinfected with alcohol?
The frame can be wiped with alcohol.
The back panel should avoid being wiped with alcohol, as it may cause surface deterioration. (Occasionally, you can wipe it, but not too often or vigorously.)

Q2: How to properly maintain and use it?
For light-colored items, it is recommended to avoid putting them in jeans pockets, as jeans tend to fade easily, and staining is highly likely.
For light-colored items, it is recommended to use them with our strap lanyards. As long as you avoid friction with fading clothing, you can reduce the risk of staining.
The buttons are metal PVD coated. Please do not rub them against metal or hard objects, such as rings, keys, or stones, as this will leave scratches.

Q3: What if it gets dirty accidentally?

It is usually light-colored items that get dirty, and there are two suggested methods.

• Use a magic eraser with water to wipe it. This is effective for minor sweat stains and dirt from hands.
• Use sandpaper (2000-3000 grit). This is effective for more severe dirt.

If the above methods cannot handle it, it means there is a possibility of staining, and the pigment has penetrated the material.

Q4: Will the matte back panel turn yellow?
The back panel is made of plastic and will not turn yellow.

Q5: Why are the buttons loose?
It is normal for the movable buttons to feel slightly loose because assembly clearance and movement space need to be reserved.

Q6: Is it drop-proof despite being so thin?
Absolutely. It can withstand drops from up to 2 meters high, making it not only drop-resistant but also more durable.
