- When disassembling or assembling, follow the TPU frame structure and avoid using excessive force.
- It is normal for matte translucent materials to develop subtle scratches or abrasions during daily use.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.

Q1: Can it be disinfected with alcohol?
The frame can be wiped with alcohol.
The back panel should not be wiped with alcohol, as it may cause surface changes. (Occasional, light wiping is acceptable, but avoid frequent or vigorous wiping.)

The back panel is made of plastic and will not turn yellow.
Q3: Why are the buttons loose?
It's normal for the removable buttons to feel slightly loose because a gap is needed for assembly and movement.
