- Before using MagSafe accessories, ensure that both the protective case and the accessories are free of dust or foreign objects.
- It is normal for silicone material to show minor wear and tear, discoloration, or signs of use during daily use.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws caused by non-human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
The 7-day appreciation period (cooling-off period) only applies to online purchases made on the UNIU official website. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories complete and no obvious signs of use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.
