UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:

- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, dropping, pulling, or squeezing
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner
- Products not purchased through official UNIU channels and for which proof of purchase cannot be provided
The 7-day appreciation period only applies to purchases made online through the UNIU official website. The product must be in its complete original packaging, with all accessories, and show no obvious signs of use. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to purchases made at physical stores.
