Usage and Care
- If the surface is stained with dust or oil, wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth.
- You can use alcohol to gently wipe off oil and dirt; please keep it dry after wiping.
- Please avoid contact with oil-based dyes, dark fabrics, or materials that easily bleed color to prevent staining.
- Do not scratch the silicone surface with your fingernails and avoid scratching with sharp objects.
- When removing the bottom cover, you can insert the charging cable and gently push it out from the bottom.
- It is normal for silicone material to show stains, wear, or signs of use during daily use.
Warranty and Returns
UUNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, covering functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Scratches, wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, dropping, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or abnormal use.
- Products not purchased through official UNIU channels and for which proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Q1: Does transparent silicone turn yellow?
Silicone does not yellow like TPU.
Q2: Does it easily attract dust?
It does not attract dust and is very easy to clean.
Q3: How do I remove it?
The top cover can be flipped outwards with your fingers. For the bottom cover, with the cable still plugged in, push it outwards to remove.
Q4: What should I pay attention to during use?
While silicone does not yellow, it can stain. You can usually clean it with alcohol to remove oil and dirt, but if it comes into contact with oil-based dyes, it will be colored and difficult to restore.
Q5: The surface is soft, can I pick at it?
Absolutely not. Silicone, like skin, can be damaged. So please do not pick at it with your fingers and avoid scratching it with sharp objects.
Q6: Does it support wireless charging?
It supports MagSafe magnetic charging. Although there are no magnets embedded inside, the protective case is thin enough to allow for slight magnetic attraction and positioning. There will also be no issues when using a regular wireless charging pad.
