Returns and Exchanges Process

Service Description
  1. The seven-day appreciation period only applies to online orders placed on the UNIU official website.
  2. Returned items must be complete, including the product itself, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
  3. Customized products and specially ordered products are not eligible for return.
  4. Products purchased at physical stores are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period for online shopping; please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.
Return Shipping Instructions
  • In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, for orders that meet the return policy, UNIU will assist in handling return shipping costs.

  • For product defects, shipping errors, or other after-sales issues, customer service will also assist with the subsequent return and exchange process.
Situations in which returns are not accepted
  1. Exceeds the seven-day appreciation period
  2. The product shows obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts
  3. Incomplete product packaging or accessories
  4. Customized or specially ordered products
  5. Orders not purchased from the official UNIU website
Can I return the product after it's been unsealed?
  • All products come with a seven-day appreciation period, during which you can assess the product condition within a reasonable scope.

  • If the product shows actual signs of use, scratches, stains, or incomplete packaging, your right to return the item may be affected.
Are in-store purchases eligible for returns?

Purchases made at physical stores are not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period for online shopping. For product issues, please bring the item and proof of purchase to the original store for assistance.
