Brand Quality Commitment

UNIU is committed to creating products that combine protection, design, and a great everyday user experience.
From material selection and structural design to actual use testing, all products undergo multiple quality inspections and real-world scenario tests to ensure stable performance in various environments.

The structure and special design of some products are also validated by third-party laboratories to provide a more complete product experience and after-sales service.

Standard Product Warranty

UNIU provides quality warranty service for designated products. If the product itself experiences functional abnormalities caused by non-human factors under normal use, corresponding after-sales assistance will be provided after confirmation.

The warranty covers:

• Abnormal protective structure
• Abnormal button feedback
• Abnormal magnetic function
• Structural abnormalities
• Functional issues affecting normal use

The warranty period will vary depending on the product type and series; please refer to the product page for actual details.

Not covered by warranty

The following situations are considered normal wear and tear or not product defects, and are therefore not covered by the warranty:

• Cosmetic scratches, abrasion, and signs of use
• Natural yellowing or discoloration of transparent materials
• Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, or crushing
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or improper use
• Deformation or damage caused by exposure to high temperatures or contact with chemicals
• Issues arising from the use of third-party accessories

Different materials may undergo natural changes due to usage habits and environmental factors, which are considered normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process
  1. Contact Customer Service
    Please contact our customer service team via the chat box in the bottom right corner of the website and provide your issue and a description of the product status.
  2. Provide Purchase Information
    Customers who purchased from our official website, please provide your order number; customers who purchased from an authorized distributor, please provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. Confirm Application Details
    Customer service will assess whether the product status qualifies for warranty or after-sales service and provide instructions for the next steps in the application process.
  4. Return the Product
    Following the instructions provided by customer service, please send the product and related accessories to the designated address for verification and processing.
  5. After-Sales Service Completion
    After the product is received and verified, we will arrange for subsequent replacement, repair, or other after-sales services within approximately 2–3 business days.
Anti-Yellowing Guarantee for Clear Protective Cases

The UNIU partially transparent case series offers an exclusive anti-yellowing warranty service. For transparent materials that show significant yellowing under normal use, eligible products can apply for replacement services within the warranty period.

Different transparent materials may undergo natural discoloration due to UV rays, sweat, sebum, air pollution, staining contact, and the usage environment. UNIU will provide corresponding anti-yellowing warranty plans based on the product series.

Warranty Period

  • EVO / EÜV Series
    A one-time anti-yellowing warranty replacement can be applied for within one year from the date of purchase.
  • PURE Series
    Anti-yellowing warranty replacement can be applied for within five years from the date of purchase.

A material fee of NT$200 will be charged for the magnetic version, which includes the replacement of magnetic components.

How to Apply

  1. Please contact customer service via the chat box in the bottom right corner of the website.
  2. Provide the official website order number, or a valid purchase invoice and proof of purchase.
  3. Complete the warranty application form.
  4. Send the product and original packaging back to the designated address.
  5. After receipt confirmation, replacement will be arranged and shipped within approximately 3-4 working days.

Important Notes

• This service is only available for application by the original purchaser.
• Applications cannot be processed if valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
• Warranty service does not cover damage caused by human error, breakage, impact, or structural damage.
• Warranty replacement does not include additional parts or customized accessories.
• If the product is discontinued, out of stock, or an identical model cannot be provided, a product of equivalent value or similar specifications will be offered as a replacement.
• Anti-yellowing warranty services cannot be processed directly at physical stores or authorized distribution channels.
UNIU reserves the right of final warranty review and adjustment.
