Q1: Can it be disinfected with alcohol?
The frame can be wiped with alcohol.
The back panel should avoid being wiped with alcohol, as this may cause surface changes. (Occasionally, it's okay not to wipe too often or too hard)

Q2: How to maintain and use it correctly?
For light-colored items, it is recommended to avoid putting them in jeans pockets, as jeans tend to fade easily, and there is a high probability of staining.
For light-colored items, it is recommended to use them with our strap and lanyard. As long as you avoid friction with color-fading clothes, you can reduce the risk of staining.
The buttons are metal PVD coated. Please do not rub them against metal or high-hardness objects such as rings, keys, or stones, as this will leave scratches.

Q3: What if it gets dirty accidentally?

It's usually light-colored items that get dirty. There are two suggested methods.

• Use a magic eraser with water to wipe. This is effective for hand sweat stains and small smudges.
• Use sandpaper (2000-3000 grit). This is effective for more severe dirt.

If the above methods cannot resolve the issue, it may indicate a possibility of staining, meaning the dye has penetrated deep into the material.

Q4: Will the matte back panel turn yellow?
The back panel is made of plastic and will not turn yellow.

Q5: Why are the buttons loose?
It is normal for movable buttons to feel slightly loose because assembly gaps and movement space need to be reserved.

Of course. It can withstand drops from up to 2 meters high, making it not only drop-resistant but also more durable.
