- When removing, gently push the charging case to take it off step by step; avoid pulling the top cover forcefully or using sharp tools to pry it open.
- The fabric surface can be wiped gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush; for localized dirt, clean with a slightly damp cloth, then leave to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid soaking, washing, alcohol, and strong detergents; keep away from high temperatures, fire sources, and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Before using the wrist strap, please ensure the connection point is securely fastened, and avoid pulling or swinging it forcefully.
Warranty and Returns
UNIU products come with a one-year limited warranty, which covers functional defects or structural flaws not caused by human factors.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Scratches, wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by human factors such as impact, drops, pulling, or squeezing.
- Damage caused by contact with seawater, hot springs, chemical detergents, or improper cleaning.
- Disassembly, modification, or use in a non-standard manner.
- Purchases made through non-official UNIU channels where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
